Therapeutic bodywork and massage includes your arms, legs, back, head, and neck. Upon the occurrence of any inappropriate behavior, the massage will be terminated.

Whether you need to relax, ease muscle pain or both, one of our therapists will customize a massage session just for you. Enjoy a combination of relaxation and therapeutic touch using long flowing strokes and gentle transitions designed to warm and relax muscles. Benefits include increased circulation, ease muscle tension, energetic revitalization while harmonizing the body and mind.

Thai Massage
Thai massage uses ancient stretching and massage techniques to leave you feeling free and relaxed. Thai Massage is practiced on a mat on the floor. Please wear comfortable clothes, similar to what you would wear for a yoga class.

Pre-natal Massage
Massage for the mother-to-be. The expecting mother can lay face-down and face-up, using specific pregnancy bolster system to safely support the growing belly. It is recommended to talk to your healthcare professional and get approval for pregnancy massage.

Chakra Massage
Experience the harmonizing benefits of chakra balancing. Through the integration of Reiki and healing crystals, our massage therapist skillfully restores equilibrium to your chakras during a soothing massage. Thoughtfully chosen crystals are delicately positioned at each chakra point, facilitating the release of negative energy and the replenishment of positive energy. Enhancing the relaxation experience, a comforting hot towel is applied to the neck, while a jade face roller gently massages the facial muscles.
